Scope of Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are eligible for specific circumstances and are subject to review by our team.
  • We offer refunds if:
    1. Our service fails to meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement.
    2. Significant issues arise due to errors or defects in our work.
    3. The project is canceled prior to commencement, subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our project agreement.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Services rendered, delivered, and approved by the client are generally non-refundable.
  • Customized design and development work that aligns with the agreed-upon project requirements is non-refundable.
  • Third-party costs and expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., software licenses, stock images) are non-refundable.

Refund Request Procedure:

  • Clients must submit a written refund request detailing the reasons for the request.
  • Requests should be sent to sales@fillinxsolutions.co
  • Our team will review the request within 4 business days and respond accordingly.

Refund Determination:

  • Refunds will be approved based on the merit of the case and adherence to the outlined policy.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if the client has not provided adequate justification or if the issue does not align with the eligibility criteria.

Refund Process:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a client wishes to cancel a project after commencement, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work completed up to that point.

Dispute Resolution:

  • In case of disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation and mediation.

Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Fillinx Solutions management.
